Thank you to everyone who participated in the listener survey! It’s a great way for me to continue to provide content that serves you best, and it’s also nice to get an idea of who’s on the other side of the microphone 🙂
85% of listeners are most interested in faith.
42% are most interested in family. I got zero responses for productivity, but I think that’s because I view productivity through the lens of faith and family.
There’s a pretty even spread on what sort of content listeners want to see more of, which makes me feel better about moving forward on a few projects I’ve been mulling over.
I’ve got listeners from 18-58yrs+, although most of them are 33 and up
I’ve got more male listeners than female listeners
85% of my listeners are married. One response was divorced
The education level is across the board, from high school to doctorate level.
Surprisingly, most of my audience listens to my podcast on their computer. The phone comes in second, tablet third. I think that means I can do more with my emails and provide more direct calls to action, since they’ll be at the computer to begin with.
Mothers topped the list as the most influential family member is my listener’s life. Fathers and brothers were at a tie, but only 1/3 of the number who selected their mother.
What this means for you:
I’ll continue podcasting every week about faith, family, and productivity.
You’ll also start to see more written posts and videos (all of that will ebb and flow with my workload from seminary).
There’s a wealth wisdom contained in you guys, so I’m going to come up with a few ideas to connect with each other to share ideas and encouragement!
Thank you again for taking the time to help me serve you better!
